Who and what are covered
This warranty covers a new allin1.contact physical product for 90 days from its original delivery date. Coverage is available to the original consumer purchaser and, during the same remaining 90-day period, to a later owner who can reasonably identify the original order. It covers the physical product and any embedded NFC component supplied as part of that product.
What is covered
We warrant that the covered physical product will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use during the warranty period. For an NFC-enabled product, coverage includes failure of the embedded NFC component under normal use when the failure is attributable to the product rather than the scanning device, software settings, radio environment, or damage.
What we will do
If a covered defect is confirmed, we will, at our option and without charge for the covered remedy, repair the item, replace it with the same or a reasonably equivalent item, or refund the purchase price of the defective item. We will pay ordinary shipping reasonably required for a confirmed covered repair or replacement. Replacement may preserve the existing Device destination where technically appropriate.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover normal cosmetic wear; scratches or finish wear consistent with use; loss or theft; misuse, bending, crushing, heat, liquid or chemical damage outside intended conditions; unauthorized modification; customer-provided spelling or artwork errors; phone or NFC compatibility limitations not caused by the product; damage to a printed QR code after delivery; or problems caused by third-party services.
How to obtain warranty service
Contact support@allin1.contact with the order number or other information that reasonably identifies the original purchase, a description of the problem, and reasonable evidence of the defect. We may request photographs or return of the product when reasonably needed to evaluate the claim. If a return is required, we will provide instructions. You do not have to register the product or buy any additional allin1.contact product or service to receive covered warranty service.

Legal rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state. We do not disclaim implied warranties that federal or state law requires us to provide. Any limitation on an implied warranty applies only to the extent and for the duration permitted by applicable law. No provision of this warranty excludes a remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
