Submit a DMCA takedown notice

This form collects the elements ordinarily required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Knowingly materially misrepresenting infringement may create liability.

Counter-notices

If your material was removed because of a DMCA notice and you believe removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, send a written counter-notice to the designated agent. It must include your physical or electronic signature; identification and former location of the removed material; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court; and agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent. Unless the complainant informs us of a filed court action, eligible material may be restored no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after a compliant counter-notice is received.
