Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Daryl P Kelly, LLC handles personal information when you use allin1.contact.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, password hash, verification state, security settings, preferences, and policy acceptances.
- Profile and Page information: names, organization/title, bio, contact details, links, addresses, images, Page content, appearance settings, and public handles you choose to publish.
- Private Contacts and exchanges: contact details, notes, tags, source/history information, and information a visitor deliberately submits through Share My Info.
- Device information: Device identifiers, ownership, claim/transfer state, destinations, schedules, and lifecycle history.
- Membership, order, and fulfillment information: plan, subscription state, order items, customization, shipping address, transaction identifiers, fulfillment/tracking state, and related records. Payment-card details are handled by our payment provider rather than stored as full card numbers by allin1.contact.
- Usage and security information: event type, timestamp, referring website host, session/security logs, operational diagnostics, and a privacy-protective code used to estimate repeat visits. When needed to create that code, IP address and browser/device information may be processed briefly; the analytics event does not retain the raw IP address or raw browser/device string for that purpose. Abuse-reporting controls may also convert IP address and browser information into a keyed anti-abuse fingerprint so we can rate-limit or investigate repeated reports without storing those raw values in the abuse report.
- Support, moderation, and legal requests: communications, reports, removal notices, contact details, statements, and records reasonably needed to investigate or respond.
2. Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; host Profiles and Pages; provide contact exchange, Contacts, Keep Updated, analytics and Devices; process memberships and orders; provide support and fulfillment; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations; enforce our agreements; operate backups and recovery; and improve reliability and usability.
3. Public information and information you share with customers
Information you publish on a Profile or Page is public and may be copied, indexed, or saved by others. When a visitor uses Share My Info, the submitted information is delivered to the Profile owner's private Contacts area. That customer may independently use the information they receive and is responsible for doing so lawfully.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information to service providers only as reasonably needed to operate the Service, including hosting, storage, email delivery, payment processing, fraud/security, and support providers. Payment providers such as NMI and PayPal process payment information when commerce is enabled; allin1.contact stores provider references and limited display/accounting metadata rather than full card numbers or security codes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse or fraud, in connection with a corporate transaction, or with your direction or consent.
We do not sell personal information for money, and the 1.0 Service does not use your activity across unrelated websites or services to target advertising. If that business model changes, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices before using information in a materially different way.
5. Analytics and retention
Analytics events are retained according to the Account's current plan: currently 30 days on Free, 180 days on Personal, and up to 730 days on Pro. Processed background-delivery records are pruned after 90 days and read in-product notifications after 180 days. Other information is retained while needed to provide the Service and afterward where reasonably necessary for account closure, transactions, taxes, warranty, fraud prevention, disputes, backups, legal obligations, and enforcement. Closing an account anonymizes the login identity and disables customer surfaces through the controlled closure process, while records that must or reasonably should be retained may remain.
6. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including password hashing, access controls, two-factor authentication support, scoped staff access, encrypted transport in production, isolated test data, and operational monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and requests
You can edit public Profile information, manage private Contacts, change notification preferences, export account data, cancel memberships, and request account closure from the Service. Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide additional rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or limit certain uses of personal information. Submit privacy requests to privacy@allin1.contact. We may verify your identity before acting on a request and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children and account holders must be at least 18. We do not intentionally operate a child-directed service. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 in circumstances covered by COPPA without required authorization, we will take appropriate steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact our privacy address.
9. United States operation
The 1.0 commercial Service is operated from and intended for the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and by service providers supporting our operations.
10. Changes
We will post changes to this Policy with a new version/effective date and provide additional notice when required. Authenticated customers may be required to acknowledge a materially updated version before continuing to customer features. Staff Operations access is governed separately by staff authorization and security controls.
