The important questions, answered plainly.
Most allin1 features are designed so the customer can recover or change course without staff intervention. These are the core product rules.
What is the difference between a Profile and a Page?
A Profile stores your main identity and contact information. A Page is one version of that Profile for a particular audience or situation.
Can I change a Page without immediately changing what visitors see?
Yes. Page edits are draft changes. The public experience changes only when you explicitly Publish.
What does Keep Updated do?
It creates a one-way relationship to a Profile. When that Profile publishes changed contact information, you can review the change, accept it automatically for linked fields, or keep your local value.
Does Share My Info create an account for the visitor?
No. A visitor can submit contact information privately to the Profile owner without being silently registered or subscribed to marketing.
What is the difference between a Page QR and a Device QR?
A Page QR always opens that Page. A Device QR can be changed later to open a different Page without reprinting the QR code or replacing the NFC product.
Can I take my Profile offline without deleting it?
Yes. Unpublish takes the public Profile offline while keeping your profile link, Devices, drafts, and earlier published versions for later use.
Can I export my Contacts?
Yes. The Contacts dashboard includes CSV export for your private contact book.
Where do I change my account security settings?
Sign in and open Account Settings to update your email, password, two-factor authentication, notification preferences, other sessions, download your Account data, and manage an account-closure request.
