Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to Accounts, Profiles, Pages, Contacts, Devices, physical-product destinations, and other use of allin1.contact.
Do not use the Service to
- break the law, facilitate crime, evade sanctions, or sell or promote illegal goods or services;
- impersonate another person or organization, deceive visitors about identity or affiliation, phish, defraud, or distribute malware;
- harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, dox, or invade another person's privacy;
- publish sexual exploitation material, child sexual abuse material, nonconsensual intimate imagery, or intimate digital forgeries shared without consent;
- infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
- send spam or use contact information obtained through the Service for unlawful or abusive solicitation;
- circumvent access controls, security limits, plan limits, rate limits, moderation actions, or Device ownership controls;
- probe, attack, overload, scrape at abusive scale, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or interfere with the Service or another customer's use;
- upload malicious files or use redirects/embeds to conceal harmful or deceptive destinations;
- use the Service in a way that creates material legal, security, operational, or reputational risk to other users or the platform.
Enforcement
We may remove or disable content, suspend a Profile, restrict or quarantine an Account, block an account, disable a Device destination, preserve evidence, or refer conduct to appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary. We consider severity, repetition, intent, risk, legal obligations, and available corrective action. Copyright repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated under our DMCA policy.
Reporting
Use the Report link on a public Profile for ordinary abuse. For copyright complaints use our DMCA process. For nonconsensual intimate images use our TAKE IT DOWN process.
