Subscription & Billing Policy

Paid memberships renew automatically

Personal and Pro memberships renew monthly or annually according to the billing interval selected at checkout. Before we obtain billing authorization, checkout must show the membership, recurring price, interval, and material renewal/cancellation terms.

Cancellation

You may stop future recurring charges through the billing portal or another cancellation method we make available. Cancellation is effective at the end of the already-paid billing period unless the provider or applicable law requires a different result. Your account returns to the features and limits then available to it; downgrade does not intentionally delete over-limit customer data.

Failed payments and grace

A failed renewal may enter a limited grace period (currently 7 days). We may notify you and ask you to update payment information. If payment is not resolved, paid features may expire while customer data remains subject to the applicable lower-plan limits and retention rules.

Refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, and unused time is not prorated, except where required by law or where we expressly provide a refund or service credit because of a billing error or material service failure.

Price changes

We may change prices prospectively. For an existing recurring membership, we will provide notice required by law before a price change applies to a future renewal. You can cancel before the affected renewal.
